Senior / Trust Officer

Trust Administrator, Private Clients

An independent fund, corporate and private client service provider, recognised for its commercial expertise and dynamic culture that supports investment success for its clients is seeking a Trust Administrator to join their Private Client’s team, on a temporary ongoing basis. You will administer a portfolio of trusts, companies and other entities and ensure all activities fall within the guidelines / stipulations of the statutory or governing documents. In addition, you will ensure the tax status of entities is observed with the timely completion of tax returns and the payment of any notified tax liability, deal with incoming correspondence expeditiously and prepare detailed attendance notes of any telephone communication and circulate to relevant members of staff.

Trust Administrator

Our client is seeking a bright vibrant individual who wants an exciting challenge within a Trust and Corporate administration, to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will ideally hold a STEP or ICSA qualification and have good computer skills, along with experience with Guernsey Registry and knowledge of corporate minutes and resolutions. Experience would be beneficial in the sector, but equally somebody wanting to shift between industries with good administration skills would be considered. The position is ideally full time, 9-5pm, however, part –time and flexible time may be considered for the right candidate.

Trust Review Administrator x3

Do you have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role or at an appropriate level within Trust Company administration? Do you have the ability to demonstrate effective communication and negotiation skills? If so, this new vacancy may interest you! As a Trust Review Administrator you will provide risk management services to the trust company, including monitoring client business, Codes of Practice and ensuring compliance with group policies and procedures. This role would suit a candidate who holds a STEP Diploma (or equivalent) with good knowledge of Jersey regulatory regime in respect to Financial Services Businesses and appropriate Anti-Money Laundering, Proceeds of Crime and Countering of Terrorist, Financing legislation and regulatory requirements.

Senior Officer, Trustee & Client Relationships

Do you have proven experience working within a Trust environment? Do you have client handling skills or experience of dealing with corporate clients? As a Senior Officer you will be responsible for assisting the Client Relationship Principal with their portfolios of clients, potentially covering the spectrum of the divisions’ service lines (International pension plans / deferred compensation plans / employee benefit trusts and Jersey property unit trusts). As an Associate you will assist with the management of fiduciary accounts under the management of the Private Client Fiduciary Services business, and will have a designated list of entities. You will be involved with complex and bespoke services provided to these entities with support, and may also be a point of contact for the client in relation to the fiduciary entities on the client’s portfolio. This 12 month temporary role would suit an individual studying towards, or who has completed a Category A or B level qualification under Jersey Financial Services Commission Regulations or Guernsey Financial Services Commission Codes of Practice, with proven industry experience in the fiduciary operations of trusts, companies, foundations and nomineeships.
