Financial Planning Analyst

Are you ACA / ACCA or CIMA qualified? Are you looking for a new challenge? If so, our client is seeking a Financial Planning Analyst to join their team, on a temporary basis for a period of 6-9 months. You will support the Financial Planning and Analytics team in providing accurate, timely and relevant information to business users, promoting good financial management and data driven business decisions. You will also be required for support and develop business users’ financial knowledge and skills, therefore excellent communication skills are required. If you have the ability to analyse and present numerical data effectively, with experience in financial modelling principles and computerised ledger accounting systems then our client would love to hear from you!

Financial Controller

As the Financial Controller you will be responsible for managing the statutory and regulatory financial reporting of the Company, whilst acting as the key contact for external auditors during the audit process. During this 12 month temporary opportunity, your key responsibilities will include ensuring the accurate recording of accounting transactions and integrity of the accounting system, including control of the period end closures and management of the balance sheet codes on the General Ledger to ensure they are complete and accurate, develop and document business processes and accounting policies, and act as an expert advisor and resource on the identification and implementation of accounting treatments and options available under UK Accounting Standards.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to progress their career within a fast moving environment, as an Accountant, on a temporary basis to cover a period of maternity leave, from March until the end of January 2020. You will be responsible for the preparation of monthly management accounts on a departmental level, profit and loss account and balance sheet. This will include assets under management, new / lost business, inter-company and other account reconciliations, variance analysis, financial commentaries and dashboard reporting. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is ACA / ACCA qualified, or equivalent, with a good knowledge of the financial services industry, preferably including the investment and fund management sector.

Financial Account Manager, Funds

A leading provider of fund administration and outsource services, is seeking a Financial Account Manager, to join their team on a temporary basis to cover a period of maternity leave, from March until the end of 2019. Within this role you will be responsible for the preparation of annual accounts under UK GAAP / IFRS / US GAAP for clients, to include the arranging and coordinating of audits, maintenance of team specific accounts preparation and status monitoring reporting, and the production of daily NAVs. This role would suit a candidate who is ACCA / ACA qualified, preferably with ‘Big 4’ experience. Strong technical knowledge and excellent proven client relationship experience are required for this role.

As the Management Accountant you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of timely and accurate management reports, control and integrity of the business unit ledger, preparation of divisional budgets and forecasts, financial review of business opportunities. You will also assist in the management of the billing processes, controlling debtors, payment of expenses, maintenance of the accounting records, preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial and management reports, as well as the annual financial budgetary process.
