The successful candidate will typically possess a blend of hands-on experience in digital marketing, sales strategies and online retail management. This role demands proficiency in leveraging e-commerce platforms, understanding consumer behavior online, and executing digital campaigns. You will have undergone on-the-job training in similar positions, possibly progressing from roles that involve direct digital sales or marketing responsibilities. Training programs focusing on e-commerce trends, SEO, and data analytics are also valuable.
