You will provide administrative services in all areas of customer contact and billing and to enable all monies to be collected in a timely fashion. You will also build strong and lasting relationships with customers, as well as implement and explain processes, procedures and policies to customers to collect all sums due within the normal terms of credit. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Customer Support Officer to join our client’s team, on a temporary basis, until 31st of October 2019, working on a shift rota basis to include evenings and weekends. Responsibilities are to include assisting customers with general and technical enquiries such as products and sales, billing, payments and faults. You will also provide routine administration to registrations, data input and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a technical role and be eager and quick to learn new skills and technologies.
As a Retail Sales Consultant you will provide an efficient, professional sales and support service to customers enquiring about, and requiring to purchase, products and services, in including mobile and residential services. This is a part-time role, 18 hours per week Monday – Saturday, including lunchtime cover. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a retail or a customer service environment within a telecommunications role, along with good communication skills, and be self-motivated to work as part of a team with the ability to work alone.
