Our client is seeking a Business Services Outsourcing Supervisor on a permanent basis where your role will primarily involve the oversight of the outsourced payroll services to a range of clients and provide guidance to less experienced colleagues, with some involvement in bookkeeping, management accounting and year end accounts preparation. You will also build and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing exceptional service, addressing concern, and managing client expectations. You must be AAT/CAT or qualified by experience and have a detailed knowledge of payroll and tax regulations for Guernsey.
