Our client is seeking a Cloud technical Specialist on a full-time permanent basis. You will assist in the delivery of effective, timely and high quality services and support to the firm's customers, cloud services and internal management systems. You will provide technical support and assistance where required to meet agreed customer expectations, and assist in the operation and assurance of all Cloud and Network products and services in line with agreed KPI’s & SLA’s. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' of overall experience in the technology industry holding a senior engineering position and experience within a customer facing role.
