Roaming Partner Service Tester

Itchyfeet are working on a new temporary opportunity, for a Roaming Partner Service Tester to join a leading telecommunications provider, for a period of 11 months. The purpose of this role is to be responsible for the testing and operational analysis of the performance of roaming operations between the company and third party networks. Key duties will include IREG Testing with Roaming partners across 2G voice, CAMEL GPRS, 4G / LTE and other technologies, administration of IR.21’s received from Roaming Partner, including data entry into switch, notification to third Parties of any changes required, updates to the SMS billing platform, as well as troubleshooting connectivity issues with existing partner base, working with partner networks and Mobile Engineering until issues resolved.

Customer Experience Representative

A new and exciting 6 month fixed term contract has arisen for a Customer Experience Representative, with previous experience in a customer service environment, to join a global company at the forefront of technological innovation. You will be responsible for providing Call Centre support, investigating and resolving fixed line faults, escalating to engineers where necessary. The ideal candidate will have good attention to detail, with accurate recording of information, and possess excellent customer care skills, with the ability to deal effectively with difficult customers.

This is a part-time role, 18 hours per week Monday – Saturday, including lunchtime cover.  The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a retail or a customer service environment within a telecommunications role, along with good communication skills, and be self-motivated to work as part of a team with the ability to work alone.

Customer Support Officer

As a Customer Support Officer you will assist customers with general and technical enquiries by providing support on products and services including Sales, Service, Provisioning, Billing, Payments, Faults, Assist Conference Bureau and Mobile helpdesk, as well as providing technical support on fault finding on mobile and broadband services, and working with the engineering teams to resolve faults. You will also provide routine administration to registrations, data inputting and maintenance and reporting. This is a temporary role until the 31st of October 2019, working shifts including evenings and weekends. Applicants must have strong technical knowledge to support broadband, mobile and home phone problem solving.
