Our client is seeking a Credit Card Analyst on a permanent full-time basis. In this role you will review applications, provide customer support and undertake additional operational tasks. You will also assist customers with digital onboarding, the mobile app and all the ancillary services along with responding to customer enquiries, emails and online messages. You must have strong analytical skills and a desire to become a knowledgeable credit analyst and an understanding of financial crime/fraud risk, and a desire to build-up this knowledge.
