Our client is seeking a Senior Manager / Associate Director to join their private Wealth team, on a permanent full-time basis. You will develop, maintain and enhance local operational policies and procedures in conjunction with relevant stakeholders to ensure they meet requirements in relation to compliance with all applicable laws, Group policies etc. create and implement an effective and scalable operational excellence strategy, to improve efficiencies, client service quality and productivity across the Client Service Teams. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded with good leadership skills.
