The role holder will act as the main point of contact for plan members in relation to their distribution, transfer or pension requests and will manage all aspects of the distribution from receipt of the request to payment of the benefits following well-defined processes. The ideal candidate will hold or willing to study towards a professional qualification (ACCA/ICSA/STEP) and administration experience desirable.
