Mobile Bank Customer Service Manager - Isle of Man

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Mobile Bank Customer Service Manager on a permanent full-time basis. You’ll be acting as the first point of contact to customers, processing transactions, answering queries and identifying opportunities to help and refer them to specialists across the bank. The ideal candidate will hold a Driver Certificate of Professional Competence and C1 licence, with an understanding of banking sales and service processes along with knowledge of internal and external regulatory, operational, credit and control procedures.
