Our client has a new opportunity for a Statutory Officer, to join their team on a permanent full-time basis. This role will involve contact with the Finance department staff, staff in the IOM Office and UK offices and external auditors, where you will provide advice and support to staff and managers on matters relating to corporate services, i.e. meeting organisation, company secretarial procedures and other relevant services. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ of professional experience acquired in positions relevant to the role and proven experience of working in a company administrative support function.
