Our client has a new opportunity for a Senior Associate within their Litigation team on a permanent full-time basis. The successful candidate will have experience advising on all aspects of corporate and banking transactions including advising on corporate issues from incorporation, to merging, selling, re-domiciling and winding up and acting as transaction counsel in relation to securitisations and other structured finance transactions. The ideal candidate will have 5 – 7 years’ relevant experience in Jersey and / or the UK but other levels of experience will be considered.
