Within this varied role you will manage key Business accounts, and act as a key point of contact for customers, proactively prospect for new business into the Business Market by phone, email, direct customer visits and event attendance. In addition to this you will work with the teams e.g. Professional Services, Marketing, Customer Services, Product and Engineering, in order to develop solutions from the product portfolio to meet and exceed customer needs to retain. The successful candidate must have a high level of customer care and sales ability, and hold, or have the potential to gain, excellent knowledge of the uses and application of modern communication equipment & technologies. In addition to this, good verbal and written communication skills, a flexible approach, and the capability to accepting continual and rapid changes in technology are required.
