As an Improvement and Controls Administrator you will be responsible for various day to day tasks in a busy improvements and controls team, and will be expected to provide a first class service to all internal and external parties. Your duties will include workflow management, payment verification / investigations, incident report reporting and investigation including providing solutions or improvements, audit checking of system data as well as reviewing procedures to ensure they follow business policies and regulatory rules and guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of banking operations back office functions and be skilled in the use of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and Outlook). This is a temporary position for a period of 6 months.
