Project Manager

As the Project Manager you will be responsible for the management of projects, typically involving the development and implementation of services provided to customers, business processes and information systems to meet identified business needs, acquiring and utilising the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality. You may also be assigned to lead a major business change or systems development project, or to manage the on-going maintenance of a group of related business processes or systems. This role is on a temporary, ongoing basis.

Project Manager

Do you have 5 years’ Project Management experience and ideally hold a specific Project Management qualification (Prince2, MSP etc.)? If so, our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team on a temporary basis, for a minimum period of 18 months. You will manage the delivery of a specific project to replace their central practice management system. This includes managing the system implementation, data migration and impact on associated peripheral systems. This senior level candidate will be extremely organised, experienced, personable, confident in communicating at all levels and able to motivate a cross jurisdictional team. Interested?

System Implementation Manager

Our client is seeking a System Implementation Manager to join their team on a temporary basis, for a period of 6-12 months. You will be working with the Head of Strategic Transitions to lead / assist with the roll out of eFront across teams, work with other Project team members in Luxembourg to deliver programme change and manage testing required to complete the roll out, and lead the monitoring of the use of eFront and work with the business teams to ensure that business processes are being respected, and eFront is being used as designed. This role would suit a candidate with excellent knowledge of eFront, and the various modules to be used in the private debt space, with experience of supporting the configuration, implementation and support of packaged solutions.

Project Manager

If so, our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team on a 12 month contract. You will be responsible for leading, planning and managing allocated priority projects in the Group’s Change Portfolio. The role is also responsible for defining, delivering and managing technical and commercial projects, enabling business growth required to meet their strategy. This role would suit a candidate with a knowledge of all aspects of the Project management cycle and different methods of delivery. Experience should include planning & estimation, budget management, risk management & quality management and stakeholder engagement at all levels.

Project Administrator

If so, we have received an exciting new vacancy for a Project Administrator to join our client’s team, on a temporary basis for a period of 1 year. Within this varied role you will support the Business Project Manager in planning, running, maintaining and delivering small and large operational improvements projects, business change initiatives and business process enhancements. The successful candidate will be adaptable and ideally have an understanding of project delivery, process enhancements and process documentation and an appreciation of IT. 

Business Analyst

Do you have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Business Analysis, development and implementation of business systems? Are you looking for a new temporary challenge? If so, our client is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team, for a period of 6 months. You will devise and design computer system requirements for the solution of business problems, and formulate procedures for their solutions whilst playing a major role in the development and implementation of business systems. Duties will include methodical investigation, analysis, review and documentation of all or part of a business in terms of business functions and processes, and the information they use, defining requirements for improving any aspect of the processes and systems and creating viable specifications in preparation for the construction of information and communication systems.

Organisational Development Programme Administrator

Do you have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within an administrative / secretarial position? Are you looking for a new temporary opportunity? If so, our client is seeking an Administrator to join their Organisational Development Programme team, for a period of 12 months. Within this role you will co-ordinate and administer enrolment on training and other development initiatives within the programmes to ensure that all attendees have a smooth sign-up process, carry out evaluation tasks, as well as provide a comprehensive administrative service which will include the design, production and distribution of various documents and promotional material.

Organisational Development Programme Lead

As the Organisational Development Programme Lead you will be responsible for leading all allocated work streams within strategic OD programmes, with responsibility for managing all risks and issues and implementing plans and activities. A relevant post-graduate professional qualification such as MCIPD (level 7) up to masters level or equivalent is required for this role along with specialist knowledge in organisational development. This role is for a period of 12 months.
