Recruitment Coordinator

Our client is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team, on a temporary basis, until end of January 2020. You will provide a robust project management and customer experience service and manage the recruitment campaign in order to provide an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to on-boarding. You will also provide a leadership role in co-ordinating the actions of key stakeholders in order to deliver the recruitment and retention plan for the business. This role would suit a candidate with previous experience within a recruitment of HR environment along with extensive knowledge of Microsoft suite of products especially excel and power point. A project management qualification would be advantageous.

HR Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR Manager to join a SME, operating in the Insurance Sector, on a part-time basis, for 21 hours per week. You will be working closely with the Senior Management Team, contributing to the review, and where necessary, improvement of current people practices, staff development activities, and will be key in helping to shape the culture and employee experience. This role would suit an individual who is CIPD qualified, with at least 3 years’ experience working at a senior level, with a proven track record in all aspects of HR, whilst possessing a passion for adding value to an organisation and its members.

Locum Coordinator

We have received a unique temporary opportunity for a confident and proactive individual to join our client’s busy team, on a temporary on-going basis. You will be the sole locum bookings processor and will manage the internal locum recruitment process, ensuring compliance to all recruitment checks are made and that invoices for booked work are accurately processed on a weekly basis. You will fill vacant shifts in the first instance from internal doctors, ensuring that all necessary approval and documentation has been received and checked for accuracy prior to making a locum booking. This role would suit an individual with previous recruitment experience, strong IT, administration, planning and organisational skills. 

Global Recruitment Administrator

A new part-time opportunity has arisen for a diplomatic and friendly individual with a team orientated approach, to join our client’s team on a permanent basis, working 25-28 hours per week. You will carry out the general recruitment administration for all global offices. Duties will include liaising with agencies and candidates regarding live vacancies, assessing CV's, arranging interviews and psychometric testing, offering or declining candidates, adding new live vacancies to social media sites, as well as attending job fairs and career events along with the Recruitment Specialist. Experience of the recruitment process (whether in-house or agency side) is highly preferable but not essential.

HR Advisor / Manager

Are you a pro-active, diligent and experienced HR Advisor / Manager with acquisition experience? Are you seeking a temporary challenge? If so, our client is seeking an individual to join their team, for a period of initially 6 months to support its two Channel Island businesses.  You will be responsible for providing HR support for a specific M&A project, working collaboratively, supporting the Cluster HR Manager and the local HR team to provide local country assistance with an acquisition and post completion activities. You will be required to own and deliver assigned projects in line with deadlines, providing pro-active support with ad-hoc tasks where necessary. Working with the wider acquisition project team for the Channel Islands businesses, you will take a consultative approach and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders across the jurisdictions.
