Facilities Administrator

Do you have previous facilities management experience and good IT skills? Are you looking for a new temporary opportunity? You will be responsible for providing support to the Facilities Supervisor assisting with all aspects of facilities management. You will deal with internal and external document deliveries, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing post, act as Fire Officer for the office, ensure that the health and safety of employees is taking into consideration with the provision of furniture, equipment, heating, ventilation, lighting, toilet and refreshment facilities, as well as ensure that new employees are provided with a security pass and monitor the use. Assistant Tax Officer

Our client is seeking an Assistant Tax Officer to join their team on a temporary basis, until September 2019. You will be responsible for delivering their front line service to the general public, assessing tax returns, and administering the Income Tax Instalment System (ITIS). The successful candidate will be educated to A Level standard and a minimum of five GCSEs (or equivalent) with a minimum grade of C in English and Maths being essential. Some knowledge and understanding of Jersey Tax Law including knowledge of legislation relating to the Income Tax Instalment System in respect of employers and employees, Benefits in Kind, Apportionment of Allowances, 20 means 20, restrictions on interest paid and Long-Term Care is essential for this role.

Office Administrator / Travel Desk Co-ordinator

A new opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual with excellent written and verbal communication and strong organisational skills, to join our client’s team, on a temporary basis, potentially leading to a permanent role. As an Office Administrator/Travel Desk Co-Ordinator you would be responsible for managing the smooth day to day operations of the busy office and provide efficient administrative support to the Directors and the Group’s Head Office staff and departments.
