Trust Administrator, Private Clients

An independent fund, corporate and private client service provider, recognised for its commercial expertise and dynamic culture that supports investment success for its clients is seeking a Trust Administrator to join their Private Client’s team, on a temporary ongoing basis. You will administer a portfolio of trusts, companies and other entities and ensure all activities fall within the guidelines / stipulations of the statutory or governing documents. In addition, you will ensure the tax status of entities is observed with the timely completion of tax returns and the payment of any notified tax liability, deal with incoming correspondence expeditiously and prepare detailed attendance notes of any telephone communication and circulate to relevant members of staff.

Test Analyst

Our client is seeking a Test Analyst to join their Change team in January 2020, on a temporary basis for a period of 6 months, to support with the testing of a large project. You will be responsible for performing the end to end testing process (system, performance and UAT) of delivered solutions, ensuring test is carried out to the standards defined and compliant with audit and regulatory standards. You will need to be able to work on your own direction and initiative, taking ownership for the testing and driving it forward. The successful candidate will have experience of JIRA and have used the Agile and the V Model approach to testing, and hold a ISTQB qualification.

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic & experienced Accounts Assistant to join their Management Accountancy team on a contract basis. You will be responsible for providing support to the team, for a period of 3-6 months, possibly longer. Key duties will include accounts receivable, cash allocation, processing payments, VAT returns, client and company accountancy and administration tasks, as well as bank reconciliations and ledger work. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ relevant experience, with strong excel and communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to think outside of the box.

You will be working with Developers and Business Analysts to plan, document and execute robust testing in order to enhance the delivery of online and back office applications, to meet the strategic business objectives. Your main areas of responsibility will include the creation of test scenarios, cases and plans for projects, liaising with the Project Team, coordinating and reviewing test documentation, taking the role of Test Lead for projects, as well as reporting of estimates, test metrics and progress updates. This role would suit a candidate with previous experience in a testing role along with excellent spoken and written communication skills and a comprehensive understanding of the project lifecycle. Business analyst skills would be advantageous.
