Are you an expert super user in the main Microsoft applications and Windows 10? Do you have great customer service? If so, our client is seeking an enthusiastic Service Desk Analyst to join their Global IT team, on a temporary basis, for a period of 4 months to deliver technical support to the business, for all IT systems, associated infrastructures and security. You will provide first point of contact technical support for all service requests and incidents, therefore experience in the provision and maintenance of desktop suite, inclusive of software deployment and security is essential for this role.
