Medical Secretary

We have received a new temporary opportunity, until the end of February 2019, to join our client’s busy team, as a Medical Secretary. You will provide an efficient and comprehensive secretarial service, working with a diverse range of people and organisations including health professionals, members of voluntary organisations and the general public. Your key duties will include taking minutes at meetings and ensuring the timely production of agendas and other relevant documentation, organise meetings, seminars and conferences, manage and coordinate appointments as well as supervise and deal with correspondence. Excellent communication skills are required for this role along with the ability to think and act in an organised and methodical manner without close supervision.

Statutory Administrator

Do you have at least 3 years’ experience within the Trust industry? Are you looking for an exciting new challenge? If so, our client is seeking a Statutory Administrator to join their growing team, on a permanent basis. You will provide a full range of statutory and company secretarial services to client facing teams. The successful candidate will have the ability to manage matters through to successful conclusion, be well organised, adaptable and possess a can-do attitude. Prior knowledge of jobstream would be advantageous, but training will be provided.

Personal Assistant

Our client is seeking a Personal Assistant with minute taking experience to join their Banking Services team, on a temporary basis for a period of 6 months, to provide secretarial and administrative assistance to their Executive Committee. This is a part-time role working 25 hours per week, Mondays to Fridays, from 12-5pm. Within this varied role your responsibilities will include the daily organisation and support for Executive Committee, controlling expenses in respect of travel and organising business travel and accommodation, recording travel on spreadsheets for SIM records and keeping them updated on a weekly basis, assisting with updating content on online platform and website as well as  minute taking for meetings & collating documentation for meeting packs.

Our client is seeking a Secretary to join their team, on a temporary, part-time basis, to commence ASAP. The candidate must be able to carry out audio / copy typing, answer telephones, photocopy, scanning and various general administration duties. Afternoons are preferred however our client will consider mornings. Interested?

Our client is seeking an Administrator to assist the General Counsel team in the provision of legal advice to the Commission on a temporary basis. In this varied role the duties will include devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing, arranging attendance at events, travel, visas and accommodation, managing and maintaining budgets, meeting. You will also be greeting visitors, dealing with incoming email, phone calls, faxes and post, taking minutes at meetings and keeping notes as required and assisting in the preparation of legal opinions, correspondence, memorandums and documents.
