Service Desk Analyst

Are you an expert super user in the main Microsoft applications and Windows 10? Do you have great customer service? If so, our client is seeking an enthusiastic Service Desk Analyst to join their Global IT team, on a temporary basis, for a period of 4 months to deliver technical support to the business, for all IT systems, associated infrastructures and security. You will provide first point of contact technical support for all service requests and incidents, therefore experience in the provision and maintenance of desktop suite, inclusive of software deployment and security is essential for this role.

System Implementation Manager

Our client is seeking a System Implementation Manager to join their team on a temporary basis, for a period of 6-12 months. You will be working with the Head of Strategic Transitions to lead / assist with the roll out of eFront across teams, work with other Project team members in Luxembourg to deliver programme change and manage testing required to complete the roll out, and lead the monitoring of the use of eFront and work with the business teams to ensure that business processes are being respected, and eFront is being used as designed. This role would suit a candidate with excellent knowledge of eFront, and the various modules to be used in the private debt space, with experience of supporting the configuration, implementation and support of packaged solutions.

Information Security Specialist

You will work with the operation teams to design, build and implement network and computer security to protect enterprise information. Desktop Support

Do you have 3-4 years’ experience providing IT infrastructure field support, coupled with good customer management skills? If so, our client wants to hear from you! As a Desktop support your duties will include installing, troubleshooting and fixing desktop applications, lifting / moving computer equipment weighing up to 50Lbs, PC break / fix including basic administration of Windows O/S, as well as smart hand support for peripheral and networking hardware. This role would ideally suit a candidate with an Associate’s Degree in Electronics and CompTIA A+ Certification, and some usage knowledge of TCP / IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN and RDP.

IT Contractor

This is a varied, interesting and challenging position where a desire to learn and develop in a fast paced industry is essential, and a willingness to work outside of normal office hours is required. You will spend a great deal of time on customer sites, therefore the ability to work on your own initiative is required, but also to enjoy being part of a close knit team. This is an IT mid-level position however our client will consider candidates with 1 year to 2 years’ IT exposure.

IT Assistant

Our client is seeking an IT Assistant to join their team, on a temporary basis, to assist colleagues by contributing, under instruction, to simple systems development and testing, and oversee all the servers, the network infrastructure such as switches and cabling, the firewall, logging and backup devices. It will also include including systems support of the company’s network of IT hardware. This role would suit a candidate with confident communications, good organisational and time management skills along with hands on experience of installing IT hardware and software. A knowledge of Lotus Notes / Domino, Cisco call manager and SQL Server would be advantageous, but is not essential.

Duties will include methodical investigation, analysis, review and documentation of all or part of a business in terms of business functions and processes, and the information they use, defining requirements for improving any aspect of the processes and systems and creating viable specifications in preparation for the construction of information and communication systems.

Systems Analyst

Our client is seeking an individual to join their team, for a period of 6 months, to support the design and documentation of business support system change requirements. You will gather and document business requirements for the functional change of the Department’s business systems, and formulates designs and procedures for their solutions.  The Systems Analyst plays a major role in the development and implementation of business systems, including acting as a key contact with external business system suppliers. A sound understanding of system data flows, functional design, APIs and business requirements elicitation and documentation techniques are essential for this role.

Service Desk Analyst

An exciting new temporary vacancy has arisen for an individual to join our client’s team, for a period of 12 months, as a Service Desk Analyst. Within this varied role your key responsibilities will include call logging, including timely call completion, 2nd level desktop support, incident resolution, monitoring critical components, processing purchase orders as well as local multi-site general IT support and disaster recovery coordination to include supporting and administration plus follow up of action points. This role would suit a candidate with knowledge of Microsoft Windows (XP & Windows 7) operating systems, Service desk ticket management systems and the ability to read, understand and produce IT documentation.

Senior Business Analyst

The purpose of this 12 month fixed term contract is to work with the Project Manager to facilitate and support the implementation of change across multiple business areas and jurisdictions. You will gather, interpret and translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, summarise requirements for senior stakeholders, provide detailed requirements for the technical design team, analyse and design optimum solutions, create process flow diagrams and workflows, develop use cases, and map these across to testing plans, as well as facilitate all user acceptance testing activity. The ideal candidate will be working towards or will be Prince 2 qualified and will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with strong leadership and relationship building skills.
