Bookkeeper

You will prepare pre-accounts information packages in order that financial reporting can be completed within agreed deadlines, be responsible for bookkeeping and processing duties of your own bookkeeping portfolio for CI, CTR, Charities and London Private Trust, liaise with advisors / intermediaries and Officer re the collection of bookkeeping information, as well as reconciling all statements and valuations. The main purpose of this role is to take responsibility and input for several small payrolls for clients, using the TT Papa payroll system. This is a full-time role 9-5:30 Monday – Friday. Previous bookkeeping experience is desirable.

Financial Accountant

Our client is seeking a Financial Accountant to join their team, on a temporary basis until December 2018. You will be responsible for the financial accounting and processing across the Department, ensuring that appropriate accounting standards and financial directions are followed at all times. You will also lead and manage the work of the Financial Accounts section. The successful candidate will be a CCAB qualified accountant with a minimum of 3 years’ post qualification experience in a financial accounting role, and a minimum of 5 years’ experience working within an audit and accountancy environment with the ability to demonstrate a significant technical proficiency in financial management and procedures.

You will be responsible for the management of projects, typically involving the development and implementation of services provided to customers, business processes and information systems to meet identified business needs, acquiring and utilising the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality. This role would suit a candidate who is a PRINCE accredited practitioner, with a minimum of 5 years’ project management experience, and who is proficient in principles, methods, techniques and tools for the effective management of projects from initiation through to implementation.

Our client is seeking an individual to join their team, for a period of 6 months, to support the design and documentation of business support system change requirements. You will gather and document business requirements for the functional change of the Department’s business systems, and formulates designs and procedures for their solutions.  The Systems Analyst plays a major role in the development and implementation of business systems, including acting as a key contact with external business system suppliers.
